Observing the ordinary in uncommon ways brings new perceptions to everyday life. Her works often depict quiet reflection, calm, joy, and well-being. Weather-worn, abandoned, or decaying architectural forms are depicted in oils, acrylics, and watercolors. Dancers are seen practicing backstage and abstract works evoke feelings of tranquility and peace.

Anne Marie graduated with a BFA in Studio Art – Painting & Drawing from Louisiana State University in 2018. Art is her second career, after spending more than 25 years in the biomedical research field.
